Manchester United’s pre-season tours are usually the place we start to see some new squad numbers being rolled out, and the 2026 tour has been no different. We’ve seen multiple new squad numbers so far, largely on the backs of our youngsters.

Whilst the club has stated that the numbers we see on the backs of our players are not necessarily what they will wear during the 2026/27 season, we can at least expect them to wear a different number to last season.

Shea Lacey is now wearing number 46. He wore number 61 during the 2025/26 season.

56 > 53

Ethan Williams

Ethan Williams is now wearing number 53. He wore number 56 during the 2025/26 season.

66 > 61

Jaydan Kamason

Jaydan Kamason is now wearing number 61. He wore number 66 during the 2025/26 season.

67 > 62

Jacob Devaney

Jacob Devaney is now wearing number 62. He wore number 67 during the 2025/26 season.

Jim Thwaites

Jim Thwaites is now wearing number 63. He wore number 77 during the 2025/26 season.

Daniel Armer

Daniel Armer is now wearing number 69. He wore number 75 during the 2025/26 season.
